It all started when one of my teachers gave a presentation to our class about her volunteer work at an orphanage overseas. She shared many stories of her experiences, but one story really captured my attention. My teacher had packed a soccer ball in her suitcase to give to the children. It was an amazing gift because these children did not even have one ball and had to play soccer with a wad of plastic. I love playing soccer and I thought, wouldn’t it be amazing if I could help give soccer balls to kids too! And that is how Pass2Me was born.
Since then, I have realized that many schools within my own community do not have enough funding for sports equipment, and that is why I have chosen to start my initiative within my community and work towards expanding Pass2Me in the future.
Soccer is a passion that brings me so much joy and I want to share that with other kids.
